BOOKING POLICIES
1. How do I secure my project slot?
To secure your project slot, full payment must be made within 7 days of receiving your approved application and invoice. Projects are confirmed on a first-payment basis, not by the application date.
2. What happens if I don’t pay by the deadline?
If payment is not received within the 7-day deadline, your application will be released, and the spot will become available for other clients. You’re welcome to reapply when you’re ready.
3. Can I reserve a spot without paying?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold project slots without payment. This policy ensures fairness and efficiency as we work with one client at a time.
4. What happens if another client pays before me?
If another client completes their payment before you, their project will take priority. We recommend completing payment promptly after receiving approval to secure your spot in the queue.
5. What is the payment process?
Once your application is approved:
- You’ll receive an invoice with payment details.
- Full payment must be made within 7 days to confirm your booking.
- After payment is received, you’ll be added to the queue, and the project timeline will be confirmed.
6. Can I cancel or reschedule after I’ve paid?
Cancellations after payment are not allowed as resources are allocated exclusively to your project. If you need to reschedule, please contact us immediately to discuss the next available slot.
7. How are projects scheduled?
Projects are scheduled based on the order of payment. After payment is received, we’ll confirm your project start date and timeline.
8. What happens if I delay providing content after securing my spot?
We require all your content (text, images, product details, branding etc.) to be submitted along with your payment to secure your project spot. If content is not provided upon payment submission, your project may be delayed or rescheduled, depending on our queue. Timely content delivery ensures we can adhere to the agreed timeline and avoid disruptions to other clients.
9. Do you accept partial payments?
No, we require full payment upfront to secure your project slot. This ensures a smooth process and avoids scheduling conflicts.
10. Can I request a refund if I change my mind?
Refunds are not available after payment, as your spot is reserved, and resources are allocated specifically for your project. Please ensure you’re ready to proceed before confirming your booking.
11. Can I book in advance if I’m not ready to start?
Yes, you can book in advance, but please note that we require full payment and complete content submission at the time of booking to secure your spot. If you’re not ready with your content, we recommend waiting until you have all materials prepared to avoid rescheduling or delays. This ensures a smooth process and allows us to deliver your project within the agreed timeline.
12. What happens if I miss my scheduled start date?
If you are unable to start your project on the scheduled date due to delays in providing content or other requirements, your project will be removed from the queue and rescheduled to the next available slot, subject to availability. Please note that this may result in significant delays, as we work on a one-client-at-a-time policy. To avoid this, ensure all required materials are submitted upon payment.
