  • Order Confirmation: We encourage customers to double-check their orders for accuracy before finalizing their purchase. Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.

a. Digital Products

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the instant nature of digital product delivery, all digital products (e.g., templates, printables, downloadable files) are non-refundable. Once downloaded or accessed, they are considered final sale.
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue with a digital product, please contact our support team for assistance, but please note that this does not qualify for a refund.

b. Physical Products

  • Final Sale: All physical products are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Quality Assurance: We ensure that all products undergo quality checks before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please refer to our “Defective or Damaged Items” section below.

c. Custom and Bespoke Services

  • Custom and Semi-Custom Design Services: All custom and semi-custom design services, including curated gift services and design experiences, are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds and returns are not permitted.
  • Approval Process: We provide design drafts and revisions as part of our process. Once final approval is given, the project is considered complete and non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

While we strive for excellence, in rare cases, products may arrive damaged due to shipping or handling.

a. Reporting a Defect or Damage

  • Timeframe: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt by emailing us at [email protected] with your order details and photo evidence of the damage.
  • Resolution: Upon verifying the defect or damage, we may offer a replacement or repair, at our discretion, as a one-time courtesy. Refunds are not offered for damaged items.

  • Return Shipping for Replacement: In cases where we approve a return for replacement, return shipping costs may be covered at our discretion.

Exchanges

  • No Exchanges Allowed: We do not offer exchanges for any products. Due to the custom nature of many of our offerings and our strict quality controls, exchanges are not permitted.
